Exterior changes to your property?

Everyone loves to improve the appearance of their property.  Please remember that when you want to make exterior changes to your property you must submit an ARB application to the Compliance department to get approval before you begin any of the work.  Here are some examples of when you must submit an ARB application to make changes to your property. This is not a complete list so if you’re wondering, please contact us.

  • Fencing
  • Installation of a pool
  • Painting your home
  • Pavers for your home, including driveways, walkways, sitting areas, etc
  • Removing trees, shrubs
  • Planting trees, shrubs
  • Re-landscaping your yard, including large areas of sod remove/replacement
  • Roofs
  • Additions/Sunrooms
  • Screened Enclosures
  • Any type of structures
  • Screening in lanai/porch

The ARB has 30 days to approve/disapprove your submitted application.  

All ARB applications must include a copy of your property survey.

Please do not begin any work until you receive written notice regarding your ARB application.
