ARB Process:

Remember ALL ARB applications must include a copy of your latest SURVEY noting where changes are to occur.

A survey is typically included with your closing documents or you can request one from the county.

  1. Complete an ARB Application and include all of the required information: Survey of you property, notations of where the planned changes are being made.  Include sample color swatches, materials, pictures of plants, etc.  Once complete submit directly to:  tmastrocola@sentrymgt.com.
  2. Bring any PAINT and ROOF samples to an ARB member’s residence.  Email, thecovehoa@gmail.com to set up arrangements.
  3. Once the complete application and survey are submitted, CMS will forward your application to the ARB. The ARB will schedule a meeting and then post a notice of when the meeting will occur.  The posted notice will be at The Cove’s exit gate 48 hours in advance.  Meetings have typically been during the last two weeks of the month.
  4. Approval or denial of ARB applications will be within 30 days of receipt of a complete application.
  5. Your application will be DENIED if you do not submit a property SURVEY.
