Architectural Review Approval

- Please report outage of street lights to FPL with the street address or number on the light pole. Report HOA entrance lighting problems to HOA management.

- County Ordinance Section 20.18 strictly requires pet owners to clean up after their dogs and cats; non-compliance is fineable. Non-complying owners can be reported at the above number. This is also part of the Covenants governing The Cove HOA of Seminole County, Inc.

- Collection Days: Trash on MONDAY & THURSDAY; Recycling on MONDAY; yard waste on WEDNESDAY. Cans and containers are not to be set out before 6:00 p.m. the night before.
